• Harding Steinbrenner Racing and Colton Herta hungry for another strong finish this weekend in Toronto

The 2019 NTT IndyCar Series season resumes this weekend with the Honda Indy Toronto at Exhibition Place, one of the series’ oldest street circuits. Colton Herta will pilot for Harding Steinbrenner Racing throughout the streets of downtown Toronto around the 11-turn, 1.7860-mile temporary course.
“Really looking forward to Toronto this weekend as it is one of our favorite stops on the NTT IndyCar Series calendar,” said team president, Brian Barnhart. “Colton has good experience at the historic track, and that experience is always beneficial for us. We are all hoping to continue with our season-long race weekend pattern of showing great pace and staying competitive.”
While this will be the rookie’s first competition on the temporary street course in an Indy car, Herta started from the pole position twice while driving an Indy Lights car for Andretti-Steinbrenner Autosport in 2017 and 2018.
“The Honda Indy Toronto is of my favorite races of the year!” said Colton Herta. “I’m really excited to get back behind the wheel of and Indy car around a very challenging street course. We’re coming off of starting on the pole position, so I am very confident we can have solid pace again.”
Official practice for the Honda Indy Toronto begins on Friday, July 12 th at 11:05 a.m. ET and will be streamed live on INDYCAR Pass via NBC Sports Gold. Live race day coverage will begin on 3:00 p.m. ET on NBC Sports this Sunday.
